  Great night had by all in the bar, then we moved into the nightclub/disco bar, great music, Good company, but a great night ruined by the total ignorance of one bouncer at closing time, why leave bar open so late yet don't give people time to drink their purchases is beyond me, met one really nice bouncer but the guy with the black beard was very hostile and ignorant to everyone. Some people skills training won't go astray. Bad form. Raging I didn't catch his name, some other people even went looking for management to complain, not that it was going to make a difference. If he doesn't like his job, change it, don't take it out on people who have been in there all night spending their hard earned cash, he could be the ruin of your venue

  Visiting Limerick with a group of 16 people for my 30th birthday and was having the best night in this lovely pub. We were getting ready to leave and went from the smoking area to the nightclub to get a friend before we went..as we tried to walk back to the smoking area to rejoin our group a bouncer (short with red hair and beard) told us we couldn't go back in. I tried to explain to him that we were just going to collect our bags and then leaving before he started to shout abusive language into me and my mother 2 female friends faces. The level of aggression that came from the man was completely uncalled for and it continued until we had to leave. Absolute disgraceful way to treat people and I told another security man who apologised for his behaviour and said this was a nightly occurrence. Not good enough and def not a good representation of a on otherwise lovely place.

  Great old fashioned bar. Quiet corners plus sports on tv if that is what you want

  Great atmosphere in the pub. Staff were very friendly and the service was great. Can't wait to go back for a session.

  Great place for a casual drink or if you have a night out in the town planned. The size is deceiving from the outside as the place is huge inside. It also has a nite club which a lot of space both in stand room and dance floor size. Give this bar a try, you won't be disappointed
