  I recently moved into a new home and had to paint the whole house inside, outside and garden walls. As a result, I visited a number of paint shops in the city. I didn't realise the paint store in Thomondgate and the store in Killalee were the same owners but of all the shops I visited I was so impressed with both these stores. In Thomandgate where we bought the external paint the lady could have been more helpful, she helped us chose what we needed and in a number of ways reduced our cost with her suggestions as well as throwing something in for the size of our purchase. Later that month I visited the Killalee shop twice. On the first occasion, a lady helped me identify which colours would work together and was very helpful. The 2nd time I was trying to match a green and the young lad behind the counter could not have been more helpful trying to achieve the colour I was looking for a number of times patiently. In fact, I noted how courteous an welcoming he was both times I was in the shop. In both shops, the employees carried paint to the car for me even after refusal and reassurance I could manage. When I realised they were both owned by the same people I made a mental note to review them for their consistently great customer service. Overall I was just so impressed with the customer service. I won't be buying my paint anywhere else in the future. That's customer service gold right there! Well done Limerick paints, you're doing it right!
